The NRA does so much to help out everyone in the hunting and shooting community, much of which goes unseen. It is very important to join and support as they stand between your rights and those that would take them away.

Reloading Equipment and Components

Their are lots of companies online that will sell you stuff. Some have very poor service, some are far too expensive, others just don't carry the stuff you are looking for. Below are the online companies that I trust with my business.

Midway USA- This is perhaps one of the largest and most complete online stores around. They offer more than one could possibly ever desire for hunting, shooting, camping, reloading, and more. They do all this at affordable prices with unbeatable service. Midway USA is my go to company for my gear.

Cabelas- Another top of the line company. Cabelas has been around for a long while and for good reason. They offer good values on a large selection of merchandise with excellent service.

Sinclair International- Sinclair is a top notch company that caters to the high end shooting and reloading crowd. The gear they offer is the best of the best, and they have good service as well.

Powder Valley, Inc.- Powder Valley offers a large selection of reloading components, but they specialize in powders and primers. Prices are very good.

Forums

These forums are a great place to go and read, learn, and ask questions. The knowledge and experience present on them is vast, and the people very courteous. My username on these forums is gearheadpyro.

Accurate Shooter Forum- This forum is frequented by many competition shooters, the advice offered here is sound.

The Firing Line Forum- Another excellent resource with many more categories to discuss in.

The High Road Forum- One of the larger forums, and an excellent resource. This is one of my most visited forums.

The Firearms Forum- This is perhaps the smallest forum in this list, but the people on it are very friendly and will help you with any questions you can come up with.

The Reload Bench Bulleting Board- A forum devoted entirely to reloading, just my style. It's a little trickier than the others to navigate, but the knowledge is worth it.

Training

There are many firearms trainers all across the states, these are the ones I have done business with.

Belt Training, LLC- I have taken nearly all the classes that Belt Training offers and recommend each of them. The Judy's are some of the nicest people to do business with, the experience and knowledge is outstanding, and Seargent Judy's background as a Law Enforcement Officer gives him a unique insight to firearms. I got my concealed weapons permit through Belt Training, and it was a first class experience.

The Contingency Group- I have taken my NRA Basic Intructors Training and my NRA Range Safety Officer's Course through The Contigency Group and can say this is a top notch place to train. The class was located in an indoor range belonging to The Charlotte Rifle and Pistol Club just outside of Charlotte, NC. The lesson plan was well laid out and definitely worth the time (and distance) involved for me. I will be going back as they offer more of the instructor's level classes.

In addition to the NRA Instructor's Classes offered The Contingency Group specializes in North Carolina concealed carry permits.
